Bo Banna's Gourmets Healthy Start to May

We have started May out on a very healthy way.  We have bounties of fresh veggies growing in the garden. We are so blessed that we are picking every day!  Few things to touch upon for updates. Bo Banna's continues to expand our portfolio and our market locations. Pensacola, we are now on the shelves at Apple Market and Jo Pattis Seafood Market. In Crestview we are making great progress with Hub City Smokehouse Bbq. Our display is awesome! Body B Healthy had us very active at the Relay for Life.  Now for the biggest news, we have been invited by a very prominate company "It's A Texas Squeeze" to join them at the Dallas Gourmet Food Show!  THIS IS HUGE!  Folks, just to be recognized with "It's A Texas Squeeze" is unbelievable!! Check out their website www.good-healthy-living.com and see all their products and ORDER some for your kithcen.  It's healthy, yes I said it's healthy and it taste great!  Oh and don't be shy to try the Pinapple Jalapeno!  Oh my goodness, you will be sadly disappointed if you miss this one.  Did I mention it is the very first salsa in a 100% recyclable plastic?  Talk about going green and natural!  This company truly cares about making a difference in our lives.

Okra Smackers
Take a thin slice of smoked ham sandwich meat.
Smear fat-free cream cheese in the middle.
